New York Jets running back Breece Hall traveled to San Antonio to cheer on the New York Knicks as they secured the franchise's first NBA title since 1973 with a Game 5 victory over the Spurs.

As Hall enters his fifth NFL season with the Jets, he's yet to make a single playoff appearance. In fact, the Jets' last postseason appearance came all the way back in 2010.

The Jets' first and only Super Bowl title in franchise history came in 1969, rivaling the championship drought that was just snapped by this year's Knicks' squad.

Hall says he had "positive jealously" watching his friends on the Knicks celebrate their NBA title.

"It gives you like positive jealousy," Hall told reporters on Tuesday. "I went to eat wings with [Tyler] Kolek the other day in the city, we were watching UFC fights. I congratulated him and I'm just like 'I can't wait to have that feeling.'

"Definitely positive jealousy. I want my team to be able to do that as well."
