The Supreme Court on Monday declined to revive former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page’s bid to keep suing ex‑FBI leaders over the flawed FISA surveillance that shadowed him during the Russia investigation, leaving intact rulings that said he sued too late.
Page had already secured a $1.25 million settlement with the government, but he sought to press claims against former officials, including James Comey and Andrew McCabe, arguing the statute‑of‑limitations clock should have started with a 2019 watchdog report that detailed major errors.
The justices rejected his appeal without comment, ending the last piece of his long‑running litigation.
