President Donald Trump has posted a doctored image on social media showing Hunter Biden describing him as the "greatest president."

The image shows Biden, the son of former president Joe Biden, appearing to sketch a portrait of Trump with the words "Greatest President" written above.

It is the latest apparently AI-generated image that Trump has posted on social media in recent months. Others have included a doctored image of Trump and others in the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, and a controversial image that appeared to depict him as Jesus Christ.

Trump shared the post on Thursday hours after describing Hunter Biden's past as "not the greatest."

Trump was asked in the White House whether Biden could run for the presidency in 2028, to which he responded: "Hey, if the guy from Maine can do well... well, I guess Hunter could do well, too, because the guy from Maine is a basket case." Trump was referring to the Democratic Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner.
