West Wilson is getting caught in the crossfire of Mia Alario‘s beef with her Southern Hospitality castmates.

In an exclusive clip from the second and final part of tonight’s Southern Hospitality Season 4 reunion, Michols Peña drags the controversial Summer House star into their Charleston drama as he accuses Alario of lying about sleeping with him.

“When have I ever lied about that? I just said there was no romantic connection,” Alario argues, to which Peña replies, “You lied about it. You told [Southern Charm star] Salley Carson to fuck him because the dick was so good.”

Alario insists she “didn’t” say that to Carson, who was planning to “fuck him no matter what.” However, Leva Bonaparte, former Southern Charm star and Republic Garden & Lounge owner, chimes in to back up Peña’s claim.

“I was there when you told her that. You said West was worth it,” she says, forcing Alario to back down.

“Oh, my bad,” Alario cheekily concedes.

The former Republic employee has been open about her brief fling with Wilson, who’s been the big bad Bravo villain ever since he began dating a recently separated Amanda Batula earlier this year, despite his close friendship with her estranged husband Kyle Cooke and his layered romantic history with her former best friend Ciara Miller.

Alario, for her part, went on a date with Wilson back in September 2025. When she appeared on an April episode of Watch What Happens Live, she shared that Batula and Wilson pregamed before their date, and that Batula gave him “some advice and some tips” going into the evening.

“I was like, girl, did we get the same tip or what?” Alario quipped.

While Alario does seem to have a vibrant dating life, she wants to make it loud and clear that she never cheated on her ex-boyfriend Troy Radtke, with whom she had broken up after two years of dating in this season of Southern Hospitality. In the clip, Lake Rucker accuses Alario of sleeping with her friend while she was still in a relationship with Radtke, and while Alario does admit to the hookup, she says it happened when she was single.

“I’ve never cheated on Troy,” Alario doubles down. “If I did, I would say it.”
