Kim Kardashian’s favorite Skims trick went couture in Mexico City.
The actress arrived at the “All’s Fair” Season 2 premiere at Soho House on Tuesday in a trompe l’oeil Schiaparelli gown with some pointed details.
The ivory sculpted silicone bodice plunged low in front, with molded faux-nipples over Kardashian’s chest. Below the waist, layers of glossy fringe revealed peeks of sheer polka-dotted mesh underneath.
She and stylist Law Roach kept the focus on the dress with matching platform sandals and subtle hoop earrings, eschewing the star’s usual flashy diamonds.
Roach pulled the look from Schiaparelli’s fall 2026 couture collection, which creative director Daniel Roseberry showed at Paris’ Petit Palais in July.
Roseberry developed the collection’s skin-like silicone with help from a workshop outside Paris best known for making lifelike prop babies for film sets.
Kardashian, 46, has been perfecting the perk for years. In 2023, she launched Skims’ Ultimate Nipple Bra, pitching the padded push-up as a way to look cold no matter the weather.
She later revealed on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” that the bra was modeled after her own chest.
Schiaparelli’s anatomical illusions have already made the rounds in Kardashian’s inner circle. At the Met Gala in May, her sister Kylie Jenner wore a Schiaparelli gown that appeared to be slipping off, exposing a corset complete with faux nipples and a belly button.
Bella Hadid took the look for a spin in January, wearing a red silk Schiaparelli halter gown with a sculpted bodice to “The Beauty” premiere.
Zendaya got first dibs on the collection in July, when she hit the London premiere of “The Odyssey” in a molded white silicone bustier and illuminated fringe skirt. The look went from runway to red carpet in a matter of hours, with Roach personally escorting it from Paris to London.

On the red carpet in Mexico, Kardashian fielded a question from a reporter about how she would define being a successful woman today.
“I mean, success is so subjective,” the mom of four said. “I think happiness is success — no matter what that looks like to you. It’s not the job or the money or the cars or the clothes, it’s pure happiness.”
Just a few days earlier, Kardashian was seeing spots in Rome, wearing leopard Saint Laurent couture from 1986 to Saturday’s Italian “All’s Fair” premiere. For a photo call, she slipped into a polka-dot Galia Lahav bridal gown with hip cutouts and posed with a pair of Dalmatians.
Season 2 of the Ryan Murphy legal drama premieres Wednesday, Nov. 4, on Hulu.
