Jelly Roll is headed back to late-night TV!
The country music star is one of several stars tapped to guest-host “Jimmy Kimmel Live” as Jimmy Kimmel takes a two-month hiatus.
On Thursday’s episode of the ABC talk show, Kimmel revealed that he would be “taking the next two months off, this time voluntarily,” referring to the time his show was pulled by ABC over his comments regarding Charlie Kirk’s death last September.
“We have assembled a potent group of hosts to fill in for me,” the comedian, 58, told the audience.
“Beginning with Tiffany Haddish, Coleman Domingo, Ike Barinholtz, Anthony Anderson, Jelly Roll — and as a special treat for our commander-in-chief, I asked one of his all-time favorites Rosie O’Donnell to be here to keep the hooks coming,” Kimmel added.
Jelly — born Jason DeFord — previously guest-hosted “Jimmy Kimmel Live” for two episodes in July 2025.
The new gig came three days after news surfaced that the “Save Me” singer, 41, filed for divorce from wife Bunnie Xo, born Alisa Carter, in May after 10 years of marriage.

Jelly listed their date of separation as May 9 and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their breakup, according to court documents Page Six obtained.
Movers were spotted outside of the former couple’s Tennessee residence last Monday.
Both Bunnie and Jelly broke their silence regarding the divorce.
The former sex worker, 46, revealed that she and her husband had a huge fight on Mother’s Day and she told the singer to “file the f–king divorce papers.”
She also said that their IVF journey had taken a toll on their marriage.
Though Bunnie confirmed Jelly is already dating again, she and the Grammy winner will continue to try to have a baby together.
Meanwhile, addressed the split during his Saratoga Springs, NY, stop of his Little ASS Shed Tour.
Jelly told the audience that he and the “Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic” host are “best friends.”
“We will always be best friends,” he added, noting that Bunnie will “probably be the only woman I will ever love the way I loved her.”
He also dispelled rumors that infidelity led to their breakup.
