A'ja Wilson is the reigning WNBA MVP — her all-time record fourth MVP award — WNBA Finals MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, and the star center of the reigning champion Las Vegas Aces. In 2025, she became the only player in league history to check all those boxes in a single season.
So far this season, Wilson leads the league in scoring (24.8 points per game) and blocks (2.6 per game), while the Aces are 6-3.
When the game comes that easily to you, you can afford a dance break mid-game.

Wilson and the Aces visited the Los Angeles Sparks on Tuesday for their first WNBA Commissioner's Cup game of the year. When the Crypto.com Arena DJ dialed up Missy Elliott's 2005 smash single "Lose Control," the seven-time All-Star had a dance routine ready to go:
It was the second most impressive thing she did on the court, as she finished the game with 25 points on 50% shooting from the field, 15 rebounds, five blocks, three steals, and one assist — her fourth double-double of the year. The Aces defeated the Sparks, 79-69.
As the cherry on top, Wilson was named the Western Conference Player of the Month for May, which extends her league record to 14 Player of the Month honors in her career.
Next up for Wilson and the Aces will be another WNBA Commissioner's Cup clash with the Golden State Valkyries (6-3) at Vegas' Michelob ULTRA Arena on Saturday, June 6. Learn everything you need to know about the Commissioner's Cup here.
